More Than Instructions: Your Installation System.
From subfloor prep to final inspection, integrate our proven procedures into your project workflow.
WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) flooring is renowned for its superior durability, water resistance, and stability

What to do: Bring the boxes of WPC flooring into the installation room.
Why it matters: While WPC is highly dimensionally stable, acclimation allows the planks to adjust to the room's conditions, ensuring optimal performance.
Duration: At least 24-48 hours. Maintain a stable room temperature above 65°F.

WPC is perfect for most rooms in the home, including areas with potential moisture like kitchens and basements. However, the installation environment should be climate-controlled.
Proper preparation ensures you get the most out of these benefits for a flawless and long-lasting floor

Clean: Free of all dust, grease, wax, and any debris. Vacuum and mop thoroughly.
Dry: Although WPC is water-resistant, the subfloor must be dry. For concrete subfloors, a moisture test is still a good practice.
Flat/Level: This is critical. The subfloor must be flat. Variations must not exceed 3mm over a 1-meter span. Use a leveling compound to fill any low spots and sand down high spots.
Structurally Sound: Firm and free of movement or squeaks.

For the best aesthetic, install the planks parallel to the main source of natural light or the longest wall in the room.

Leave a 5/16" - 1/2" (8-12mm) expansion gap around all walls, door frames, and fixed objects. Use spacers to maintain this gap consistently.

Stagger end joints in adjacent rows by a minimum of 12 inches (30cm) for a natural look and structural integrity.
Always refer to the specific installation and warranty instructions provided by your WPC flooring manufacturer. Adhering to their guidelines is essential for your warranty to remain valid.
